Bringing you Fitness15 friendly foods, café profiles and a great competition to see who can create the tastiest food using the principles of Fitness15.
Q. Maree, you are passionate about producing healthy food, how challenging is it going to be for you to stick within the principles of Fitness15 and also keep the food flavoursome?
A. It's not really going to be much of a challenge. Most of the meals I do are based on lean protein, fresh fruits and vegetables, complex carbohydrates and healthy fats. Making the meals taste good is easy when you know how to add flavour!
Q. What are the 5 ingredients you couldn’t do without in your kitchen?
A. Balsamic Vinegar, Herbs & Spices, Egg Whites, Fresh Vegetables, Rolled Oats
Q. People think healthy food is boring, what would be on the menu if you were hosting a 3 course dinner to fill not fatten?
A. That's not an easy question to answer. I have such a wide range of dishes that I like cook but for example;
Entree: Barbequed prawns served with dipping sauce
Main: Thai chicken curry
Dessert: Baked rhubarb and strawberry yoghurt custard
Q. Your HEALTH AT HOME seminar allows clients to have you in their home, organize their fridge and cupboards to accommodate the arrival of the Fitness15 Foods, then shadow them around the supermarket to do their first healthy shop and then back home for a quick cook up. I can't believe that you are offering this four hour bonanza at 50% discount to our challengers.
